- the second step: to cut the paper. the paper width is about 1100/740mm.
- automatically cut after setting, could count how many pieces numbers.
Step 3
Corrugated Paper Forming Machine
(12kw, 380v, 50hz)
- the third step: make the resined paper into corrugated shape.
- then the paper width is about 1060/700mm.
- 7090, 7060, 5090 model, different size, controlled by this step.
Step 4
Gluing Machine with lifter

- the fourth step: put the corrugating paper on white glue.
- used white glue, per cbm need 10kgs white glue.

Oven Machine with press machine

- the fifth step: the machine heat and dry the corrugated paper to make it solidifying.
