Above is all the machines and process for cooling pads production.
This production line need total 5 workers and 1 group leader who control all production line.
The final output capacity of cooling pads is 60cbm per day with 24 hours, one tons paper can output 54/46cbm cooling pads.

1.Resin Machine
(156kw, 380v,50HZ)
- the first step machine to pour glue, and drying.
- used red glue, per cbm need 8kgs red glue.

2.Cutting Machine
(0.75kw,380v,50hz)
- the second step: to cut the paper. the paper width is about 1100/740mm
- automatically cut after setting, could count how many pieces numbers.

3.Corrugated Paper Forming Machine
(12kw,380v,50hz)
- the third step: make the resined paper into corrugated shape
- then the paper width is about 1060/700mm.
- 7090, 7060, 5090 model, different size, controlled by this step.

4.Gluing Machine with lifter
(2.25kw,380v,50hz)
- the fourth step: put the corrugating paper on white glue
- used white glue, per cbm need 10kgs white glue.

5.Oven Machine with press machine
(60kw,380v,50hz)
- the fifth step:the machine heat and dry the corrugated paper to make it solidifying.

6. Sawing Machine(3kw,380v,50hz)
- the sixth step, cutting cooling pads block into required size.
